contract, which is determined by your account no, and pin, then your request will be given high priority, and dealt
with promptly; in the event that you have no support contract we may offer you a support contract that will require
immediate payment; in the event that we determine the problem is not caused by your system but is related to our
systems then you will be informed.
We will determine the problem from the information you gave us in the 4URL Technical
submission form, ensure the data you provide is correct, and please note no action will be taken unless your
account no, pin are correct.
